Leadership Team Assessment

THE LEADERSHIP TEAM ASSESSMENT · FREE · ABOUT 10 MINUTES

Find out if your leadership team can carry the next stage, or if they are still waiting on you.

A business does not have problems. It has people, and people have problems. This assessment scores the Dynamic side of the business at the leadership-team level: alignment, accountability, trust, decision cadence, role clarity, and capacity.

When a side gives way

A triangle with one broken side is not a triangle.

Direction, Design and Dynamic hold each other up. Break one and the load has nowhere to go — the other two carry weight they were never built for. Watch each side fail.

Direction drifts

Everyone is busy and nobody agrees on where this is going. Effort goes out in three directions at once, the calendar stays full, and the business drifts while it looks productive.

Who it's for

For owners who have a leadership team but still feel stuck in the middle.

You may have good people in the room. That does not mean the team is carrying the weight. If hard calls route back to you, meetings create discussion but not movement, or leaders quietly disagree outside the room, this assessment gives you a clear first read.

What it measures

Six behaviors that decide whether the team creates momentum or friction.

Alignment: whether leaders are moving toward the same priority.

Accountability: whether the standard is shared or still owned by the owner.

Trust and conflict: whether the truth travels early and disagreement stays healthy.

Decision cadence: whether meetings turn into decisions, owners, and follow-through.

Role clarity: whether leaders know what they own and what they do not.

Leadership capacity: whether the team can carry more without burning out.

The first version is built as an owner-only assessment. A later team-mode version can invite multiple leaders and compare variance across the room.

What you get back

A team-health score and the behavior to fix first.

You receive a 0-100 score, behavior-level scores, and the weakest leadership pattern. The result points you toward the Leadership Lab, the 3D Dynamic work, or the operating rhythm content depending on what is dragging the team down.

Why it matters

You cannot out-strategize a team that cannot hold the line.

Past a certain stage, the business runs on the leadership team’s ability to tell the truth, own decisions, and move together without the owner acting as translator, referee, and pressure. This assessment shows whether that foundation is strong enough for the next stage.

Side 1 · The compass

Direction

If you don't know exactly where you're going, neither does your team. Clear leadership focuses everyone around a shared vision, measurable goals, and the priorities that drive every decision.

Design

If it only works when you're in the room, you're not the owner. You're the babysitter. Systems, rhythm, visibility, and tracking turn the plan into repeatable results.

Dynamic

You can't out-strategize a team that doesn't trust each other. Period. Trust, communication, and accountability decide how well your people actually work together.
