The challenge
The meetings were short and frequent, but they weren’t moving the business. The leadership team rarely sat down together to decide what they were actually building toward, so the work stayed reactive. In a dealership, it’s easy for the daily grind to become white noise, you stop seeing the forest for the trees. The Direction wasn’t set as a group. The Design of how time got spent left people running out of hours before they ran out of to-dos. And the Dynamic was a collection of departments doing good work next to each other, not as one unit.
